Jeff brings more than three decades of experience in manufacturing leadership, operational excellence, and community partnership. As an FDA Registered, HMBANA Accredited food manufacturer, our milk bank operates within strict regulatory, safety, and quality standards. Jeff’s extensive background in precision manufacturing, lean processes, and continuous improvement strengthens our ability to maintain the highest levels of quality and consistency for the medically fragile infants we serve.
Jeff has led high performing teams in aerospace, medical, electronics, fluid handling, and precision machining industries. His hands-on leadership style and record of building efficient, values-centered organizations aligns with our ongoing work to expand operational capacity at our new, state-of-the-art milk bank facility in Elk Grove Village.

His service on the Board of Directors for the Illinois Manufacturing Excellence Center (IMEC), along with advisory roles within the National Institute for Metalworking Skills (NIMS) and the Technology and Manufacturing Association (TMA), reflects his deep understanding of regulated manufacturing environments and continuous improvement practices. This expertise directly supports our efforts to strengthen quality, safety, and production workflows. Jeff’s commitment to community impact extends beyond the manufacturing sector. His approach combines strategic thinking with compassion, creativity, and a genuine desire to support families.
