Baby London was born nearly seven years ago at just 24 weeks, weighing a little under 1 pound. London’s family was committed to feeding her breast milk, and Rachel pumped for several months to provide London with essential nutrition while she was in the NICU; but she had difficulty maintaining her milk supply. When London was introduced to formula through her feeding tube, she demonstrated a severe intolerance. The only option that did not cause her to vomit was human milk. Thankfully, London’s family was able to offer donor milk from Milk Bank WGL! London and her parents recently sat down with us to reflect on their experience. Please watch the short video.
